Thanks to Bethany Wright Moor Strength for getting me this far - feeling far better, fitter and stronger than I ever did before I was pregnant!
A couple of PT sessions in August to give me a kick-start and then twice-Weekly Sessions in her Otley Mums Fitness Postnatal sessions.
We've gone from wetting myself trying to do crunches in my first session to full jumping squats and burpees with no need to change my knickers after.
